For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address which can be verify independently.
Exchange & Returns
Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; however, if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched if the items are in stock. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time frame.
